Thomas represented me in a landlord/tenant dispute. My landlord was attempting to wrongfully evict me from my apartment because he wanted to remodel the unit to raise the rent to pay for increasing property taxes. There is no better word for Thomas than OUTSTANDING! Intelligent, knowledgeable, funny (not really a lawyer trait, but it eased the process). I had an issue with someone walking away from a 3 year lease after 1 year. Tom was able to track him down, found out everything about him, deftly tussled with ...the other attorney and in the end, we walked away with money and the win. If I could give Tom 10 stars I would!!! Best all around. Superstar attorney in my book. Removing delinquent and nuisance tenants in Hudson County is by far one of the most harrowing and difficult experiences a Landlord can have (as tenants seem to have far greater rights than Landlords in this speci...fic county). Tom confidently and efficiently helped me through this process and as a negotiator, WOW, just WOW. Highly recommend him as an attorney and will continue to use him in the future should the need arise.
