Thomas handled my landlord/crazy tenant case for an entire year! He is professional, knowledgeable, and always in control. He represented me in a very long case regarding an eviction and an out of control tenant. He confidently challenged the judge and prosecutor during a trial when we weren't given... a chance to speak. He cares about his clients and offered different ways to proceed therefore saving me time and money. He is always very busy but he will get things done and see the case through until the end. The tenant was the worst with a little bit of crazy and Tom was impressive in handling her. There is never the need to worry with Tom as he does his research and is very dedicated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer in this field and will continue to use him should any other landlord/tenant issues arise. On top of everything, he is always easy going and fun to talk to!

Mr. Major is very intelligible and although I wouldn't say he was the most responsive lawyer, he is fair in that he does get back to you in the knick of time. Things were not looking bright with my case brewing into 3 cases for the same situation. Things looked so out of control initially (this was ...not Mr. Major's fault but my oppoent's persistence) but he was able to consolidate all 3 cases and settle them all in one day at court. You may feel a bit of unease during the moments prior to him "really boiling down to your case" but ultimately, he gets the job done. Also, you have to take into consideration that I was a very small client and Mr. Major being human, he is probably expected to allocate most of his attention to his bigger clients. So maybe if you are a big enough client, he will score excellent on all 4 categories above. Still, I am ecstatic with the settlement that he has won me. Moreover, Mr. Major practices law not for the money but as an expression of his passion to help people. I was so ecstatic with the settlement he has won for me that I offered him some extra payment as a token of my appreciation. He knew the situation I was in and told me I needed the money more than himself. This is a very good man and lawyer.

Can't say enough great things about Thomas. So thankful I took a chance to meet him after reading these positive reviews online. While he may be young, he's incredibly dedicated to his work, knowledgeable in landlord/tenant issues, diligent, professional, and responsive... Most of all, he is honest... and really cares about his clients and his work. Recipe for great lawyer! As a landlord who often deals with difficult tenants, it's such a relief to finally have someone I can go to as it is not easy to find good lawyers who genuinely care! I had a landlord/tenant case because I relocated to Chicago from central NJ two years ago. At that time, the housing market was bad, so I rent my house to a single mom with 5 kids through section 8. The tenant gave me and my wife a lot of troubles even though we tried our best to be very nice to her. Finally, we could not handle all the troubles being far way, so we wanted to get the family out. We could not get it done through section 8, so we seek legal help. My wife found Tom in some website. My wife called several lawyers, and Tom was the first one who replied my wife’s message and did not ask for an initial consulting fee, so we decided to hire him as our lawyer. There are several things that impressed me during the whole process: First, as I was far away, Tom was willing to deal with the tenant like “property manager” without extra charge. Second, Tom is a very good negotiator. One the Court day, I spent several hours with Tom. The tenant got a free legal service. I saw how Tom negotiated with the tenant’s lawyer. We finally got an agreement. It might not be what I hoped, but it was the best solution considering that I did not want to fly back to NJ from Chicago to appear in Court again. Last but not least, Tom is a kind person. When we were waiting outside of the court, I saw that he gave legal advices to a troubled landlord after overhearing his problem. The person shake my hands and said “thank you very much if you pay him by hours”. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who seeks legal help to solve landlord/tenant troubles.
