Thomas handled my landlord/crazy tenant case for an entire year! He is professional, knowledgeable, and always in control. He represented me in a very long case regarding an eviction and an out of control tenant. He confidently challenged the judge and prosecutor during a trial when we weren't given... a chance to speak. He cares about his clients and offered different ways to proceed therefore saving me time and money. He is always very busy but he will get things done and see the case through until the end. The tenant was the worst with a little bit of crazy and Tom was impressive in handling her. There is never the need to worry with Tom as he does his research and is very dedicated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer in this field and will continue to use him should any other landlord/tenant issues arise. On top of everything, he is always easy going and fun to talk to!

Tom is an intelligent, articulate and capable attorney. He stopped an 11th hour court eviction from an unscrupulous landlord that resulted in a fair and equitable ending for me. He was able to reference an obscure out of state case that had a direct positive impact on our own case and allowed us... to stop the eviction. He does his homework! I hired Mr. Major to handle an eviction process, but so far I have not heard anything from him other than knowing he processed the court papers. I sent him questions regarding some advice but have not heard anything from him. So I suppose you could say I am disappointed in my dealing to date with him....

I have a very bad tenant to deal with. I should have listened to Tom by starting the case earlier. First of all, Tom is very patient to listen to the details of my case and promptly filed the case after we started. Although there are some occasions that are hard to follow up with him, yet bear in min...d, this is the case for most other lawyers too. Secondly, you can put your trust on Tom. On the court date, I let him deal with my tenant completely and we were able to settle the case quickly. He also tried his best to protect me by adding some provisions that I can never think of by myself. So I would say it is worthy of the money to hire him than to handle everything by yourself. Thirdly, his charge is fairly reasonable compared to the efforts he put in. My tenant gave me a hard time even after the case was settled. Tom was always available to help me in the follow-up matters. It is very hard to find an attorney who works for clients, not for money, but Tom is definitely one of those. I am surprised that there are not many reviews for him. I had recommended him to a friend of mine and would highly recommend him to all other people.
