When there ...were some issues with the home inspection, Alison ensured that everything was addressed in a timely manner before closing. We were unfamiliar with a Use and Occupancy Agreement, but Alison walked us through it all and made us feel secure that she was looking out for our best interest. Even during the actual closing, when the title company representative started asking us for documents directly, Alison stepped right in and explained that she was representing us and took charge for a smooth, easy closing! I've finally closed on my first home. And Alison and her team was helping me along the way. And I'm super happy I did choose her. I was aware of everything that happens along the way.
