Alison was recommended by our realtor, and my wife and I were very impressed with how she kept us informed and made us feel at ease through the entire home-buying process. When there ...were some issues with the home inspection, Alison ensured that everything was addressed in a timely manner before closing. We were unfamiliar with a Use and Occupancy Agreement, but Alison walked us through it all and made us feel secure that she was looking out for our best interest. Even during the actual closing, when the title company representative started asking us for documents directly, Alison stepped right in and explained that she was representing us and took charge for a smooth, easy closing! Great experience! We highly recommend her and her team and look forward to using her services again!

I am a little embarrassed to admit then when my mother passed away, my siblings and I were constantly fighting over what to do with our mother's house. Keep or sell? If sell, for how much? The arguments never ended. We could not agree on anything. Eventually we decided to sell and listed with a ...real estate agent and received an offer we accepted. Here is where Allison came in. Our buyer was very difficult and coupling that with our own family bickering it seemed that all would fall apart. Allison managed to navigate all this and get us to the closing. At the same time she was sensitive to our "dysfunctional" family and not only helped keep the peace but in the end she brought us closer together. So, not only does she have great legal skills but she is also a kind human being who treated us like more than clients. She thoroughly explained everything to us and sometimes she had to do that four times and there are 4 of us. Very patient lady.

I hired Alison to do my real estate closing but she never available on the phone. No matter how many times I call I am told by some lady she is in closings. Especialy during business hours! What is she doing? Anne, the other attoreny at the firm always helped me. What happened to her? No one will let... me talk to her anymore either.

Allison represented me in the sale of commercial property. It was a very difficult process with a difficult buyer who kept wanting to change the terms of the contract and kept demanding concessions from me. Allison, as my attorney, took great care to keep me fully informed of everything that was go...ing on every step of the way. I never for a second doubted her. She's great. Plus, she was extremely adept and quick in responding to my questions and concerns.

The previous review sounds like a completely different attorney than Alison. I had a rather difficult case and found her online. It was a new construction purchase and there were a lot of extra things to deal with which were different from the first home I purchased. It was overwhelming at times beca...use there are so many parties involved. I had a realtor, then the lender representatives who seemed to change every day, especially toward the end of the transaction not to mention the Builder’s Office. Alison and her staff keep in touch with all parties for me and made me feel comfortable. Every step of the way from signing the Contract to working through inspection issues, handling my lender, and answering all of my questions at closing, Alison and her staff talked me through what was going on and why. If I had a question they could not immediately answer they followed up the same day and returned my call even if they did not have additional information to report. Most important (to some people), was her fee. She charges a flat attorney fee which is very modest compared to the amount of work she put into my file. She discussed the fees I had to pay at the beginning of the relationship and she kept her word. Finally, I have never had an experience with an attorney who works the hours Alison does. She told me "we are not a 9 to 5 office" and they certainly aren't. At the closing the other attorney who works as her Associate sat with me for three hours to make sure I was completely comfortable with each document I signed (and there were a LOT) of them. She gave me exceptional advice and answered all of my questions and was very patient. The best part was both Alison and her Associate assured me that our relationship wouldn't end at the closing table and that I should contact them at any time for any questions. I have contacted them since then and they always respond. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone especially in the Edison area. She knows our community and she and her staff really care about their clients.
