Alison was recommended by our realtor, and my wife and I were very impressed with how she kept us informed and made us feel at ease through the entire home-buying process. Alison and Donna, her paralegal, kept everyone in the loop via e-mail and quickly answered any questions that we had. When there ...were some issues with the home inspection, Alison ensured that everything was addressed in a timely manner before closing. We were unfamiliar with a Use and Occupancy Agreement, but Alison walked us through it all and made us feel secure that she was looking out for our best interest. Even during the actual closing, when the title company representative started asking us for documents directly, Alison stepped right in and explained that she was representing us and took charge for a smooth, easy closing! I've finally closed on my first home. And Alison and her team was helping me along the way. And I'm super happy I did choose her. I was aware of everything that happens along the way. She was always available (yes, sometimes you need to wait an hour or two for call back, or sometimes you might speak ...with paralegal instead... but hey - I'm not her only client for sure) and was always attentive to my questions.
