Great experience through the home buying process

Alison was recommended by our realtor, and my wife and I were very impressed with how she kept us informed and made us feel at ease through the entire home-buying process. Alison and Donna, her paralegal, kept everyone in the loop via e-mail and quickly answered any questions that we had. When there ...were some issues with the home inspection, Alison ensured that everything was addressed in a timely manner before closing. We were unfamiliar with a Use and Occupancy Agreement, but Alison walked us through it all and made us feel secure that she was looking out for our best interest. Even during the actual closing, when the title company representative started asking us for documents directly, Alison stepped right in and explained that she was representing us and took charge for a smooth, easy closing! Great experience! We highly recommend her and her team and look forward to using her services again!

Highly recommend!

Alison & team were amazing! I have worked with them on several transactions over the years. I don’t know an attorney that works harder!

Glad She Was on My Side

Allison represented me in the sale of commercial property. It was a very difficult process with a difficult buyer who kept wanting to change the terms of the contract and kept demanding concessions from me. Allison, as my attorney, took great care to keep me fully informed of everything that was go...ing on every step of the way. I never for a second doubted her. She's great. Plus, she was extremely adept and quick in responding to my questions and concerns.

BEWARE!

I am online wondirng if I could sue this Kosberg and her team for mal practice. Her team would respond to you after a day or two but never her. When she finally responded days later, she seemed disinterested and not supportive. I told her I was a 1st time home owner and would need her to be attentive.... This did not happen. I actually called and said I didnt want to take the house afterall and she actually said to me 'but what about the realtors'?! WTH? Who does she work for? I wanted additional monies off a house with a long laundry list of issues found by the inspection and her office told me that the seller would not go for it and that I couldnt ask for more! She potentially costs me thousands! Stay away.

Tom

I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. her office does not represent client et all, and she does not even try to protect her clients. Her office does not even read reports, clients need to review and provide them what to write, they just act as editors. Her office is very irresposive, and had ...a very recent bad expirience, the real estate agent office that I delt with also not recomending her to anyone based on our expirience. She was not even put any efforts to save cleints, even the seller created so much mesh with structural problems. Finally i had to backout from deal, with spending so much money in inspections and other activities, the seller markted his property while it is under contract with us, and her office done nothing to protect the client. The deal finally broke and i had to wait several weeks for my own depost.
