I honestly don't know who these people are giving this place 5 star reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences of my life! After talking to others who have hired them, ALL of them have regretted it. The staff was rude and clearly did not know what they were doing. Plus multiple staff quit whi...le they were handling my case, apparently the turnover there is crazy because everyone is always looking for a new better job. Plus the main lawyer has been reprimanded by the state for past unethical behavior! I wish I had looked that up before I stepped foot in there!

When looking for an attorney, it can be overwhelming and critical for the outcome of the case. When I was first referred to Seymour in 2013, I was left in a terrible situation as a result of getting out of a very unhealthy and abusive marriage. I needed to file bankruptcy, try to save my home, and ...get my life back in order for myself and my children. Seymour and his team helped me through this giving me endless time and treating me with utmost care and respect. Today I am still working with Seymour and find great comfort to know that I can trust him and that he is only a call away. That money cannot buy in these times we live in. I recommend him to everyone and I thank him for all he does.

When I came in, I met with Seymour for a consultation. He made me feel very optimistic and really took the time to help me understand the bankruptcy filing process. I was confident his firm would be able to best represent me with my Chapter 7. His Legal Assistant Cari Taylor was assigned my case. Whe...n I met with Cari, she was very professional and genuinely cared about my concerns. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and I felt very at ease. She helped me figure out which documents I needed to provide and was extremely organized and knowledgeable. When Cari told me she would call or email me, she always did on time - every time. I was very nervous about this process, but working with her made it feel seamless and I did not have the amount of stress I thought I would. I felt she prepared me very well. I highly recommend this firm, and was especially impressed with my experience with Cari Taylor. Request her if you can. You won't be disappointed as she took the worry and dread out of this process.
