Run away from this firm!

This was my second time using this attorney. I filed a chapter 7 and it was going smooth until I had a parent die and I became eligible for an inheritance. I was instructed to skip court dates and only address and pay creditors that sued me. The rest of them we were going to hide from and ren out th...e statue of limitations. Seymour mentioned he had a "friend" i could invest my money with and that when or if any creditors caught on that i didnt continue with the bankruptcy then we would settle with them. I didnt think this was good advice so tried to contact the Court Trustee appointed to my case but was denied talking with him because i already had representation. I did miss the first court date, but when trying to contact and visit the office i was told to come back or call back and upon doing so was again denied a meeting or talking to a lawyer. I showed up for my redcheduled court hearing and was ignored by the lawyer handling cases for the law firm, whom of which i talked to in his own office. As he was about to leave, i waited near the door of the trustees meeting room and asked the trustee if i was on the docket. I was and i pointed out that the lawyer present was my paid representation and for some reason ignored that i was present. My lawyer present wasnt happy when i told the trustee why i tried to contact him and what this firm advised i do since recieving an inheritance. The firm somehow removed themselves from being my counsel , without giving me a refund and tried to smear me saying i was acting as my own counsel in documents submitted to the court when i was only trying to contact a higher official in the courts because i knew the advice given by my hired lawfirm wasnt good advice. Polite and accomodating staff when the were taking my money but when i pointed out their bad advice and handling of my case, i was met with poor customer service and given the run around when trying to meet with a lawyer. RUN!

Seymour is an outstanding attorney

Seymour is the most trustworthy, committed attorney, he helped me with legal issues others felt there's no resolution to, Seymour found a way and got them done. He takes the time to make sure you completely understand what to expect and gets results. Seymour's an outstanding attorney very informed in... all aspects of the law. I appreciate all the help he's given me through the years not just as an attorney but as a person he's great in every way.

Just awful service and experience!

I honestly don't know who these people are giving this place 5 star reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences of my life! After talking to others who have hired them, ALL of them have regretted it. The staff was rude and clearly did not know what they were doing. Plus multiple staff quit whi...le they were handling my case, apparently the turnover there is crazy because everyone is always looking for a new better job. Plus the main lawyer has been reprimanded by the state for past unethical behavior! I wish I had looked that up before I stepped foot in there!

The best attorney I have ever had.

Seymour has personally dealt with my issues on more than one occasion. He is well versed in the law and always an advocate for his clients. I can't recommend his office enough.

Results, Results, Results

Having a Sherriff sale closely approaching and having dealt with other attorneys I was referred to this law office. I must say for the receptionist and other staff I was made to feel at home and that I was in good hands. Then there is Mary Poe, who did not only take her time with me weather it was ...a phone call, a response to an email and spending extra time with me on appointments. The wealth of knowledge that Mary possesses is simply amazing. Even when I started to have doubts she had a way to reassure me. There was no promise made of an outcome but the one promise that was Made that she was going to give me 110% of her time and energy. Needless, to say with a Sherriff sale only 5 days away I get that call from Mary with a resolution!!!! Words can't express the gratitude that I have for this law firm and especially Mary Poe. I would recommend this law firm to anyone. Tip my hat to Setmour Wasserstrum Law Office.

"Like any outstanding lawyer, Seymour knows his stuff inside and out. But Seymour has also strengths possessed not only by few attorneys, but few human beings. He has uncommon kindness and empathy for others. No matter what you're going through, Seymour can bring out the best in you and brighten your day. I wholeheartedly recommend Seymour to not only help solve your legal problems, but to make you feel respected and valued, both as a client and human being."
