I cannot thank Seymour Wasserstrum and team enough. At the time of need , I was a single parent and could not see my way out of debt . I lived in fear and worry about how I was going to pay my bills ,car loan , mortgage, electric , school needs for child , etc. One call to the office gave me the... hope that it was possible to rise above and past my debt . I was able to make payments towards my fees as well . Immediately after bankruptcy I was able to begin rebuilding my credit. Less than two years later , I bought a home with no other debts . The whole experience was stress-free and simple . I am truly grateful ! Highly recommend.

I will begin by stating the my attorney Seymour Wasserstrum is the best attorney I have ever met. I am presently unemployed and searching for employment. Unable to make my credit cards payments , Presently on unemployment and have not as yet found a job. I prayed and asked for guidance. In my despe...ration and getting constant calls from my creditors . A higher power was at work when I decided to call my Attorney Seymour whom , I have not spoken or seen in over 2 years. My prayers were answered. I called the law office and got an appointment to see Seymour immediately. As usual he called me immediately adjusted his schedule and saw me immediately. After explaining my concerns anxiety He offered me great advised and in addition offered to send letters to my creditors and help me resolve my current situation with creditors without even charging me a attorney or office fee. How amazing is that. No attorney in today world has that type of compassion and understanding. I will always keep him as my attorney and recommend him to all . Thank you Seymour.

This was my second time using this attorney. I filed a chapter 7 and it was going smooth until I had a parent die and I became eligible for an inheritance. I was instructed to skip court dates and only address and pay creditors that sued me. The rest of them we were going to hide from and ren out th...e statue of limitations. Seymour mentioned he had a "friend" i could invest my money with and that when or if any creditors caught on that i didnt continue with the bankruptcy then we would settle with them. I didnt think this was good advice so tried to contact the Court Trustee appointed to my case but was denied talking with him because i already had representation. I did miss the first court date, but when trying to contact and visit the office i was told to come back or call back and upon doing so was again denied a meeting or talking to a lawyer. I showed up for my redcheduled court hearing and was ignored by the lawyer handling cases for the law firm, whom of which i talked to in his own office. As he was about to leave, i waited near the door of the trustees meeting room and asked the trustee if i was on the docket. I was and i pointed out that the lawyer present was my paid representation and for some reason ignored that i was present. My lawyer present wasnt happy when i told the trustee why i tried to contact him and what this firm advised i do since recieving an inheritance. The firm somehow removed themselves from being my counsel , without giving me a refund and tried to smear me saying i was acting as my own counsel in documents submitted to the court when i was only trying to contact a higher official in the courts because i knew the advice given by my hired lawfirm wasnt good advice. Polite and accomodating staff when the were taking my money but when i pointed out their bad advice and handling of my case, i was met with poor customer service and given the run around when trying to meet with a lawyer. RUN!
