Biography:
Over 25 years of experience litigating insurance claims, with an emphasis on personal injury and insurance coverage issues. Cases are varied, including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, wrongful death actions, nursing home malpractice, and commercial claims.
Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
A member of the plaintiffs’ litigation team on the Tropicana Garage Collapse case, concentrating on insurance coverage, with the case settling for over $101 million, believed to be the largest settlement of a construction disaster in U.S. history.
Trustee of the Gloucester County Bar Association and member of the Civil Practice Committee, Bench-Bar Committee, and Professionalism Committee. Has appeared on the television program, The People’s Law Forum, has been a seminar lecturer, as well as a judge in local high school Mock Trial competitions.
President of the Gloucester Catholic High School Alumni Association and past recipient of the John & Jackie O'Donnell Award for dedication and service to the school.
