My general practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate transactions, construction disputes, collection matters, foreclosures, estate matters and other complex civil litigation.
I am a graduate of Vineland High School in Vineland, NJ and received my Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice and Economics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in New Brunswick, NJ in 2004. I received my Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ while maintaining full time employment with the firm.
I am presently admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey and Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, Bankruptcy Court for New Jersey and Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
Prior to moving back to the United States, I lived in India for ten years, and is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati. I am a resident of Philadelpha, PA with my wife and dog and am an avid Philadelphia area sports fan. I belong to various trade associations, local organizations and bar associations.
