If youre reading this review you're looking for a good attorney who is going to treat you nice and do a good job.. Well Rob is not the guy you want then, because let me tell you when its all over your going to find that he treated you like family and he was phenomenal with his understanding of law a...nd courtroom finesse.. Good job ?? Ha.. The BEST !!! This guy is in his groove when in a courtroom !! My charge was serious and carried a 5-10 year mandatory prison sentence... Our life was turned upside down, we were scared, and upset with this outrageous charge and didnt know where to go. We talked to Daniel M Rosenberg and Assc And upon initial consultation we were convinced that these people were serious and they were aggressive in attacking this right away and getting the process going.. We had a hard time with all of the ups and downs that come with charges like that and believe me Rob told us they were coming. But we felt important to Rob and it mattered to him that we were upset, did he hold my hand ? No, but he helped me stand on my own. You cant know if your getting a good, ok, or Outstanding attorney by talking to them some will tell you what you want to hear some will sound flashy and some will just tell you that you're in trouble and they'll get you the best deal without really lifting a finger or a phone... But I can tell you. I was there and it was scary and frustrating..But Rob is the best around he doesnt fool around he's not afraid to lift a finger and go that extra mile and he TRULY is on your side.. You're looking for a good lawyer.. chances are you have no real way of gauging how good a lawyer is or not... Im telling you now, this is as good as you can get.. They will fight, they dont run away and they have your back all the way.... Oh, Did they win my case? They blew the prosecution out if the water !! The Jury took 40 mins to come back with a verdict of NOT guilty.. from what I understand thats REALLY REALLY Fast... They dominated and it was like having 10 attorneys on my side...You wont be dissapointed... I hope you have some faith in what Im saying.. Rob's firm is going places with or without you or me.. Rob defended my son and was always professional and attacked this case with all the tenacity of a bull dog. He showed, we the family, compassion and understanding during what was the MOST difficult days of our lives. The co-attorneys from Rob's firm were there and worked equally as hard for my son... behind the scene. I am grateful for all of the hard work they did and the way in which the defended my son. Both Rob Perry and Daniel Rosenberg went above and beyond! Thankfully, no charges were filed so I did not need to their services. However, if I should ever be in need or know someone in need of an attorney in the future, they will be who I call. During my initial phone conversation (a call that was... promptly returned, on the same day) with Rob, concerning a criminal matter involving my 15 year old son Rob was companionate. It was obvious he was well versed in criminal law. He spent over an hour with me answering my many questions. At the end of the conversation he recommended I contact other attorneys to be certain I was comfortable with whoever it was I hired. Rob suggested I call back to schedule a free consultation when I was closer to making a decision. The following week my husband and I met with Dan, owning partner, and Rob. They spent over 2 hours of their time with us, again answering questions and discussing the available options. Once again, their knowledge in criminal law was evident! Their care and concern for our family obvious. Over the next couple weeks we had several phone conversations. A very fair and concise fee agreement was prepared. We were ready to sign on the dotted line when we received news, no charges would be filed!! Upon receiving this news I called the office, spoke with Rob and offered payment for services rendered. They were genuinely happy for the resolution for my family.
