Rocco was professional, attentive, and dedicated to helping me navigate my situation. He was always available to answer all my questions and provided clear guidance throughout the entire process, and I am extremely grateful I was referred to him. I have never been arrested in my life. I was at the Newark airport and had a expandable baton in my backpack while going through security. I have been flying with this baton for over a year and never had an issue, but unbeknownst to me, a simple baton is illegal in NJ and I was placed under arrest. I was referred to Rocco through a mutual friend, and he explained all the details of my situation. He mitigated my situation at my first court date by speaking directly with the prosecutor and getting the charge downgraded. He led me through all the steps of the process and answered all questions, ultimately leading to community service, dismissal of my case, and eventual expedited expungement. He is a confident, realistic, optimistic lawyer and my case could have turned out much worse but luckily I had Rocco on my side. I am eternally grateful and if you need an attorney who will explain the facts in a way you can understand, and get the job done, you would be lucky to have Rocco represent you!

I can’t say enough good things about Rocco Cipparone. Based on all the positive character and professional recommendations received from respected references, I decided to hire Rocco to represent me in defending a Municipal Court matter. He gave my case all the time and attention that was needed from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Skilled, knowledgeable, honest
Based upon a recommendation from another attorney whom I hold in high regard, I hired Rocco to assist me with a criminal defense as well as a family law matter. From the start, he was honest, appropriately aggressive, and always stayed on top of the case. He communicated regularly and efficiently with my other attorney as well as the other party's counsel. I was extremely nervous and apprehensive prior to Rocco becoming involved in the case, and Rocco walked me through every step of the way - he knew when to be comforting and empathetic and when to push me to do what needed to get done. He successfully defended me in both matters and had them resolved within 3 months. I joked with Rocco often about paying his bills, but I can honestly say that his knowledge, expertise, guidance, communication, and most of all - his successful outcomes were worth every penny, and I would hire Rocco again in a heartbeat (which I hope I will never have to do!). I set up an appointment with Rocco to get some legal advise .The consultation was scheduled for one hour. He spent at least an hour and a half talking to my wife and I .I was extremely nervous prior to the interview.He was able to calm me down and speak to me and assure me that he would be there for me . The consultation fee was minimal compared to the relief that I received when I left his office . A great lawyer and a great person .I cannot thank him enough for everything. If you need an attorney hire him immediately.

Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney!
Mr. Cipparone is an excellent criminal defense attorney. Highly regarded among peers and a brilliant legal mind!!!
If you want the only the best legal mind to defend you, please hire Rocco Cipparone! I was charged with a first degree felony and Mr. Cipparone, through his brilliant attention to detail and knowledge of the law, turned the case around and all charges were dismissed. The case was extremely complicated and included many details connected to other parties. A first degree felony conviction would have put me in prison for a long time. Mr. Cipparone worked diligently in his research and presentation and completely halted the direction of this case against me. I am free and very grateful for his tenacity and ability to have all charges dismissed. I would also like to add that another very prominent defense attorney recommended Mr. Cipparone to me. That says a lot when one of his peers recognizes his reputation for being one of the best. Mr. Cipparone is extremely intelligent, professional and respected by the courts. Whenever we were in court I was so happy he was my lawyer. He was professional, well spoken and prepared. If the judge tried to question some detail Mr. Cipparone knew his research and how to handle the situation. Nothing rattled his demeanor or strategy. THERE ONLY ONE LAWYER TO CALL
I have known the Cipparone family for close to 40 years, Like the comments before, I would trust him with my life, 12/13 years ago , he represented me in a fraud case. .He "took the bull by the horns " and i was able to make full restiution without a criminal case ever arising.Honest as the day is long and a real gentlmen. It does not surprise me that he was named one the best Lawyers in PA & NJ .

Fantastic Defense
Mr. Cipparone handled a federal mail fraud case for me. From the first day I walked into his office to the sentencing hearing he was extremely professional and fair. He could have taken far more money if we had gone to trial. Instead he advised me to do what was best for me. It is hard to find these qualities in a attorney these days and he certainly has them. His expertise and experience in the Federal system is amazing. He is a prime illustration in that the cream rises to the top. I would highly recommend Mr. Cipparone to anyone. He is one of the premier attorneys in the country. You will not be disappointed.

Honest, Knowledgeable and aggresive
Since being introduced to Rocco from a family-friend, Rocco has been our “go-to” for legal advice. Most recently, our family was facing an accusation that could have turned our world up-side-down. IF YOU NEED A LAWYER, ROCCO AND HIS TEAM ARE THE ONES TO HIRE
I've never needed a lawyer before so needless to say I didn't know where to turn. Rocco was recommended from a friend and after leaving him a message and having him return my call on a holiday told me leaps and bounds about his caring, honesty and professionalism. He and his associates and staff are very responsive and always took my calls and emailed me back. they walked me thru the whole court room procedure and I was totally prepared. their advice was key and things turned out the way we had hoped and prepared for. he is very honest and will tell you exactly how he thinks it will go and what he can do for you. no tricks, no gimmicks, just many years of experience and knowing exactly what to do and how things should be handled for you. I would trust him with my life and so should you.

Outstanding, Highly Experiences
Rocco Cipparone helped our family through a criminal matter. My son was charged with 7 felony counts. He was innocent of the charges and Mr. Cipparone was able to get his charges reduced to misdemeanor theft. My son served one year in prison and was sentence to residential rehab plus three years probation. If you want an experienced, aggressive, honest attorney Mr. Cipparone is the attorney to call. This was a very difficult time for our family and Mr. Cipparone guided us through all the court proceedings. He was up-front and extremely informative with us. Mr. Cipparone surpassed all our expectations. My son could have been sentenced to twenty years in prison if convicted but thanks to the great defense Mr. Cipparone provided, my son has his freedom and a chance to regain control of his life again.

Extremely thorough, accesible, responsive and aggressive!!!
Rocco Cipparone was hands down my first choice for legal representation. Initially, I selected Mr Cipparone due his long list of accolades he has acquired both published and verbalized. Shortly after retaining his services, I knew I would be among the many more than satisfied clients. His professionalism was apparent in how swiftly he responded, informing me EVERY step of the way through my case. His skill was evidenced in the DUI charge being dropped down to a reckless driving with NO suspension of my drivers license. Aggressive, Available, Thorough and Always Prepared!
As an attorney myself, along with my son's father who also is a lawyer, we had an advantage in evaluating our choices for the right attorney to represent our son regarding criminal charges. An exceptional attorney!!!!
I would give Rocco Cipparone the highest rating there is! He is 100% behind his clients, and works extremely hard to get them the best deal possible. He knows the system, and is absolutely unerring in giving the best advice. He often called me at 9 in the evening from his office, where he was still working on my case.
