Where do I begin? I can not even describe how grateful my wife and I are for Angelova Law Services! It all started when my wife came to the USA on a b2 visa ( visitor visa ) 5 years ago, we extended her b2 Visa and then got married. After we got married we applied for i485 + i130 ( adjustment of stat...us + and documentation we were legally married.) Not knowing any better we hired a Philadelphia Lawyer we found through online searches ( not going to mention his name), and that lawyer made our case a living hell! During our initial interview it was found that my wife lied on her original b2 documentation at the US embassy overseas , we apparently were fraud-ed by the overseas agency who had originally applied for the b2 visa for my wife. At the interview our i130 was approved but the i485 (green card application) was denied, our former lawyer did a waiver for us i601( waiver for inadmissibility) but that waiver was also denied due to poor waiver construction and not enough evidence of my hardship to prove if my wife was deported how it would effect me the United states citizen. He appealed the denial and that was also denied. He missed 2 of our interview dates because he was out of country and did not even bother to tell us as we stood there like idiots in the USCIS office in MT LAUREL NJ. Our waiver was extremely difficult as it was for FRAUD. FRAUD waiver rarely get approved apparently unless the waiver is STRONG and constructed by the most experienced lawyer. We don't have any children and this made this even harder for us. It seemed like AMERICA just did not care, they just wanted to deport my wife. On top of this I had major medical conditions which to USCIS were minor and did not have any justice with the waiver our old lawyer built. At this point which was about 4 years in our case, we were left with my wife not having any kind of status in the united states and was listed for being deported on the deportation list. She had nothing, NO ID, NO social, NO status ( ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ), Nothing , just me. They could have shown up anytime to deport my wife. So thousands of dollars later, denial after denial , we were on the fringe of giving up and just self deporting out of the united states and leaving my whole family and business behind. Then by god's faith we met Anyelia from Angelova Law Firm , Anyelia not only built our NEW i601 waiver but she also saved our marriage. She always had a smile on her face, even when we were down she always kept faith. She never hassled us, She never thought she would lose this case. SHE ALWAYS STAYED POSITIVE! I had problems with my landlord. I was very frustrated and worried I would have to pay for a broken door (Sandy). Aneliya wrote a letter to the landlord and because of that letter, he decided not to pursue any damages for the broken door. She loves her clients and is always ready to help them no ma...tter what the issue is. Also, she always answered my calls and questions in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend her.
