Biography
I am the founder and owner of the Fridie Law Group LLC. We are a full service litigation firm with a concentration in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Municipal Court (DWI, moving violations). I have appeared in Municipal and Superior Courts throughout the State of New Jersey, but mostly handle matters in Central and Southern New Jersey. I view myself as I problem-solver, if you come to my office with an issue, I'll make recommendations on your best course of action, and explain how we can bring the results you desire to fruition. I am a zealous advocate who's not afraid to fight for my clients. I am also extremely accessible. You can reach me via cell phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and I also offer both weekend and evening consultations (by appointment only). Replied last December 01, 2014While I'm sorry this individual was unhappy, I strongly disagree with the review. First, I was never formally retained in this matter and only met with this individual as a prospective client. While my office offers free consultations in most instances, there are certain exclusions and this individual’s situation was one of them. In cases where I am asked to review prior court orders and provide an assessment of an individual’s case, I charge a modest consultation fee that is half of my hourly rate. As is the custom of my office, this person was informed of the consultation fee prior to scheduling the consultation. During the consultation, I reviewed all prior court orders with the individual and gave them a detailed assessment of their matter. As an attorney, it is my job to be honest and forthright will all my clients and prospective clients. At times this requires me to tell people what they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear. At no point in time did I say it was impossible for this person to bring about the results they desired. I did however; point out numerous difficulties that were inherent in their situation. I even provided guidance on how they should proceed in the event they wanted to do so pro-se. In reference to representation, that was never agreed upon nor was I ever asked to represent this person. Despite the review I wish this individual the best of luck as they move forward with their matter and thank them for the opportunity to discuss the case.
