I had a very complicated case. Starting from my removal proceedings to Naturalization. I had 4 attorneys before Mr Vosbikian, who could not understand or comprehend my case. Then I was referred to Mr. Vosbikian by a friend, and he helped me though all my difficulties in the naturalization process.... In my removal proceedings, Mr Vosbikian, presented my case in a solid manner in front if immigration judge and with his arguments, the case was dismissed in first hearing. Then my I130 which was jointly filed with my x-wife was in question, he suggested to file a new application, which was approved by USCIS. After crossing these 2 major hurdles, Mr Vosbikian Filed N336, appeal for N400, and my interview was taken again, which must have lasted 3-4 hours. It looked like USCIS put me under microscope, and did extensive investigation. 9 months later, I got the oath date. Before I hired Mr Vosbikian, I filed my first N400 in 2007. From 2007 to 2017, during 10 years, I went through removal proceedings, an un-pleasant divorce, my xwife's letter to immigration, police case in another country to Refiling I130 and refiling N400 3 times and appeal N336 3 times. It was a long and hard period. I don't think any other attorney could handle my difficult case. I just became US citizen 2 days ago, and all the credit goes to Mr. Vosbikian. He is very knowledgeable, and understands the case fully, before suggesting a course of action. It was not that long ago I submitted my application to have my conditional permanent resident status removed. A few months later I received a letter from the uncis saying they needed additional proof that my marriage was in "good faith." My wife suggested we should seek legal council from another imm...igration attorney as the lawyer we initially used was never available to answer any of our questions. A friend referred us to the law office of one Steven Vosbikian. We didn't know what to expect at first, but he was very warm and welcoming. After we explained the circumstances of my case, and then hearing Mr Vosbikian responses, my wife and I decided instantly to retain his services. Over the next few weeks he worked closely with us; he suggested we get signed affidavits from family and friends, we even wrote separate affidavits, and gathered other legal and binding documents. He was never too busy for his clients, and no matter the questions (and we had plenty), he gave us the correct answers; he's brilliant and litigious on all matters regarding immigration law and then some. All our documents to be submitted were organized, up to date, and professional in their apperance. He left no stone unturned. Things did turn out wonderfully, as I received my permanent resident status a month ago. Everything seemed so easy in retrospect, but at that time my wife and myself were quite worried; Steven really came through for us and it's a fine testament that knowledge and experience trumps everything else (no pun intended). My wife speaks rather fondly of Mr Vosbikian, and remark how we wasted money on the previous lawyer who was for all intent and purpose-- useless.
