I sued my former employer for unpaid commissions and though I really thought I'd win, my lawyer kept warning me that it would be almost a year before we would even get to trial and, if we won, it would take even longer to get my money. We went to the mediation only because it was court-ordered with ...the intention of leaving after an hour. I was stunned that I walked out three hours later with a settlement agreement in hand and was paid nearly what I demanded by the end of the month. My lawyer was as surprised as I was and we both think it was due to her. She was amazing.

I was fortunate enough to have Ms. Katz represent me when I received a traffic violation in beautiful Camden, NJ.
