My sister's case was really complicated in the sense that she did not have enough evidence to prove it. She came from India to a northern state. After 3 months she came to meet me (her sister) on the East coast. After two weeks her husband called me and said he does not want his wife (my sis) to com...e back. We were really shocked. We tried to convince but of no avail. We also found that he was alcoholic and was hiding a previous divorce. he threatened to call Immigration and cancel my sister's green card. he also accused her of mistreating his mother (while the truth was reverse, she was constantly harassing her). We came to know all this from my sister after the shocking rejection so we did not have any police case to prove that harassment. Also, she does not speak English, and she lived only three months with her husband, There was a joint bank a/c but he closed it and bank refused to provide us any info. We also reached out to women's organisation but did not get much help in terms of documentation. We also convinced him to give her one chance that she did not come here for the green card but actually to live with him only. She made one visit back but that did not help to change his mind. All in all, it looked like we did not have enough to support the case that it was a legitimate marriage. and lived All in all, we had to file for hardship and harassment but did not have enough to prove that she legitimately married him and there is a genuine interest to live with him if he is ready. We were really under tension, we consulted three different lawyers and all kept mentioning a very weak case. Eventually we found Mr. (Sr.) Vosbikian and he laid out the plan. We also learnt that he is specializing in divorce and related immigration issues which was the perfect combination we needed. He did mention that the the case is weak due to not much evidence of living together, but he comforted us that he will try his best. He planned a divorce first, and based on the divorce filed for removing marriage based condition from green card when the renewal for three years came by. Overall, Mr. Vosbikian handled the case very thoughtfully by collecting all the (few) points we had , planning step by step actions. We (including mr. V) were at least expecting an interview with immigration officer but it seems Mr. V's reputation in the immigration office helped convince the officer and the case was positively approved without the interview! That was a miracle news for us, and we can't thank enough Mr. Vosbikian. Whoever has gone through the immigration ordeal knows how difficult that uncertainly is - to prepare for the worst (interview, possible rejection of the case, appeal, etc.) and keep praying to get an approval. Mr. Vosbikian's knowledge and experience helped solve and ease the pain by bringing an unbelievable outcome to the whole case. Thank you Mr. Vosbikian again, and i highly suggest anyone who needs immigration advice to contact him for a possible suggestion and solution.

I have never written a review about anybody or anything before , but I can't leave my experience with Mr. Vosbikian unnoticed.
