We found Elliot through searches of local lawyers in South Jersey. He seemed to have good reviews so we decided to go with him. My wife had gotten into an accident (was just her) and had been accused of DUI along with 7 other infractions. Although she had drank, because of a language barrier, the o...fficer had also wrote her up for refusal. In working with Elliott, he was upfront with what he was able to do (single, double, triple, home run), made no promises that he could not keep, and worked hard and kept us informed along the way. He was very knowledgeable of the court (Camden) and prosecutor and judge and guided us through the process and advised us (with pain staking detail) on what to do and say. Being a former prosecutor helped as well, as he brought reality to the situation and gave practical advise. In the end, things worked out (we got 7 of the 8 charges dropped) as things could have been worse if convicted on all charges. Overall, for DUI or other traffic offenses I would definitely recommend Elliott, but it is important that you LISTEN to him!
