I made the mistake of driving while intoxicated. I was issued 3 tickets. Upon searching for a lawyer, Elliot's name came up as a Pro. I read all of his reviews and felt confident that he'd be able to help me with this issue. He definately is a Pro. He was very personable, explained to me thoroughly e...verything that could happened to me. I was facing jail time and a loss of license for 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows all the ins and outs of the laws. He got 2 of my 3 tickets dismissed and I got the minimum fines and no jail time. I would highly recommend hiring Elliot if you ever get into any trouble like I did. He also stays with you every step of the way, and only handles your situation and no one else's on the same day when you go to court. You are his main focus during this traumatic time.

I, like many people made a mistake and was caught with possesion of a CDS in Haddon Heights, NJ, which I was arressted for. I was charged with possesion of a CDS, Paraphanalia, and on top of that received motor vehicle tickets for possesion of a CDS in a vehicle, amongst two other minor motor vehicle... tickets. Hiring Elliot was the best decision I ever made. Since I had no prior criminal history he was able to first get my case dropped from Superior Court down to Municipal Court along with getting my possesion ticket downgraded to a failure to give a CDS to police charge. At Municipal Court he was able to get me a conditional discharge with only 6-months of probation. Plus, he was able to have all three of my motor vehicle tickets dropped completely. He was absolutely amazing! He is also the most honest lawyer I have ever met and is not the type of lawyer who tries to nickel and dime you for everything. Even though my court date was postponed twice, he did not charge any additional fees for each court apperance. Elliot is also extremely respectful in court and knows how to speak to the prosecutor and judge appropriately. Unfortunately, after he was able to provide me with the best case outcome of my charges, I violated my first probation visit and it landed me back in court again. I hired Elliot to represent me again and once again was able to keep me in the conditional discharge program. To top it off he was able to get my probation to remain for a duration of only 6-months, but just had to be restarted from my court date. I was blown away that he was able to get this outcome for me. I would highly recommend Elliot to everyone. He will not let you down and will do everything in his power to get you the best outcome of your case. I am extremely grateful for everything Elliot did for me and can never thank him enough.

Earlier in the year I received a DUI and underage and couple other tickets. I wasn't entirely drunk I blew under the legal limit but unfortunately the legal limit law didn't apply to me since I was under age. I knew instantly I needed a lawyer. I found elliot on avvo and hired him to be my law...yer due to his reputable reviews and experience. It was a very smart choice I made. Elliot walked me through the process and answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable on the law. He was always available for call and if you missed out on a call with him he would always return it and not someone else. He also never schedules multiple cases in one day because he feels when he is in court, he is in court with you, representing YOU only, nobody else and no other clients which is a great practice. The day of court we knew we were going to face a very tough judge ( I faced this judge before ). A judge who doesn't accept apologies, and if you say the wrong thing to him or aren't careful with your words he WILL rip you open. One great thing elliot did was he showed up really early before court just to talk to the prosecutor and sit down. This man sat with the prosecutor and talked through my case with him, over an hour and thirty minutes before court. If that doesn't show dedication and how much Elliot cares then who knows? In the end majority of my charges were dropped and the goal to reduce the final charge which I was pleading guilty for and I WAS going to get the maximum penalty for because the judge was just that difficult, we were able to hit a slightly more reduced charge which was a lot better than the maximum penalty. As elliot said, "It was a homerun." And I can 100% agree with that.

Where to start? I had got a few tickets sent to me in the mail. I was shocked and very concerned as the tickets can result in me losing my license for a lengthy time which would effect my ability to work and see my daughter. I needed a good lawyer and after searching the and reading reviews; I decide...d to go with Mr. Stomel. I could tell of chose better. From the very first moment I stepped into his office he made me feel comfortable and assured me I would be ok. He took the time to explain every charge and the possible consequences if found guilty. Again, he assured me it was very reasonable to for him to aquire a better results than what I was charged with. Also, he aloud me to contact him with any questions I had while waiting to go to court. If he did not pick up the phone when I called he had called me back within minutes. When going to court he had achieved every result we were shooting for. I walked out with paying a very small ticket. And no points and the biggest charge " hit and run" being dropped. 3 charges...all could of resulted in heavy points and/or loss of license. Mr. Stomel stayed with me even after court was finished to make sure all the paperwork with the court clerks was done and put in the system correctly so nothing negative happens down the road. I had an usual DUI case. I was got a DUI in a boat. I searched around and found Elliot Stomel. I was worried until i met with him. I felt comfortable the minute i met with him. He started working on the case immediately. While in court he was one of the only lawyers that wasn't working on multiple c...ases at once. He makes you his priority for the day. Always called back whenever i had questions. At the end of the day i couldn't be happier with the results he was able to get for me. I would recommend him to anybody. I would not hire anyone else.
