I had never needed a lawyer before so I was extremely nervous about finding a lawyer online, especially since the reviews seemed too good to be true. I am also very skeptical of anything posted on the internet. However, Mr. Elliot Stomel had proven to be a highly effective lawyer. I could not have a...sked for a better lawyer to represent me, especially due to his outstanding expertise, positive attitude, and life-changing results. I found Elliot doing an internet search for a lawyer. I did call and speak with a few others. My first phone call was to see if he could help me. Elliot spend a lot of time with me on that call. There was something calming about him. Elliot assured me that he could help. I was very uncomfortable with... my situation and Elliot was a calming force every step of the way. He walked me through everything that was going to happed with precision. Most importantly on the day I was to go to court, Elliot was there in advance of me, as he had advised he would be. He stayed by my side and negotiated a great outcome. I would never have had the same outcome if I choose to not hire an attorney and further, being in trouble in Cherry Hill it was reassuring to have an attorney so familiar with the Cherry Hill Courts. Elliott was fair and well worth his fee. After court, Elliot did not leave my side until I left the building. I looked around and no other attorneys stayed by their clients side. I found Elliott very knowledgeable and he discussed several different scenarios for how my case could go. He was very up front and honest with me in a very kind way. The best outcome would have being a dismissal. We did not expect that to happen. The next best option however he was able to make happen. Anytime I needed to call Elliot, he either answered the phone or called me back quickly. I would absolutely recommend Elliot to anyone needing a criminal lawyer. I received several, very serious, traffic tickets out of Franklinville for an accident in what was a case of mistaken identity. The gravity of the situation kept me up at night. Mr. Stomel reassured me he would have the situation resolved expediently and favorably. He stayed in constant communica...tion with me, was readily accessible, and would immediately return my calls if I had any questions. I've had many experiences with lawyers, and this was by far the best. Not to sound cliche', but Mr. Stomel didn't view me as merely a paycheck. He was genuinely interested in my well-being throughout the whole ordeal, and thoroughly exhausted all avenues in preparation of meeting the prosecution with an extremely well-prepared, multi-faceted defense. When we had to appear, the first thing I noticed is that Mr. Stomel is extremely well-respected and held in high esteem among the entire legal community: judges, prosecutors, lawyers, etc. He again reassured me of how quickly he would get this matter resolved to my satisfaction. I never doubted, yet the results were well beyond my expectations. The prosecution sought several appearances to meet our arguments, but to no avail. No trial was necessary, the prosecutor willingly conceded to our request, and all charges were dismissed. If any unexpected events should again occur in my life, with so much at stake, I can confidently say Mr. Stomel is most certainly the attorney who am fully trusting to represent me.

I called Elliot Stomel the day after I received two tickets--speeding in an (inactive) construction zone and as a result, reckless driving. After our first consultation I could tell that he was knowledgeable and down to earth, and was even on a first name basis with everyone at Pennsauken Municipal C...ourt. Wow. This man really knows the law. I needed a lawyer and after reading his other reviews on Avvo.com I called to have a consultation. I left a message on his personal number, which was listed, and Elliot called me back within minutes. Not a secretary or receptionist but Elliot himself. After our fir...st conversation I felt completely comfortable with him and I knew I made the right decision. He was very knowledgable and very honest which I appreciated. I can't say that for other lawyers I spoke with. Not only did I feel like when I spoke with him I had his total attention, he always responded back to me every time I reached out to him ensuring all of my questions and concerns were answered. Although my situation was not ideal Elliot was definitely the ideal lawyer. I was very happy with the outcome with my case. Elliot was very professional and just an absoulte pleasure to work with.
