My experience with Elliot was an extremely positive one. From the very first time we spoke, Elliot was clear and concise in our conversations making sure that we were 100% clear on each step of the process. I received several, very serious, traffic tickets out of Franklinville for an accident in what was a case of mistaken identity. The gravity of the situation kept me up at night. No trial was necessary, the prosecutor willingly conceded to our request, and all charges were dismissed. If any unexpected events should again occur in my life, with so much at stake, I can confidently say Mr. Stomel is most certainly the attorney who am fully trusting to represent me.

He took my prior violations into account and I believe he would not have taken the case if he could not have helped me. ... All of my tickets were reduced to one moving violation and two points, which Elliot showed me how to get rid of. I could not have asked for a better resolution.
