I’m a blue collar guy and I don’t claim to know a lot about a lot, but I know people and Elliot is as good as they come. He brings decency to a profession known for being steeped in dishonesty. I also do my research and this man has been doing this for 30 plus with an outstanding record. This is h...is business and he knows what he’s doing. Read my review and the others. These are real reviews, not 3rd party computer generated fakes. I was arrested and charged with a DUI and leaving the scene of an accident(just me and a guardrail) as well as a number of moving violations. SPOILER ALERT - I kept my license. I was hit with only Reckless Driving. I paid $239 and received 5 points. *2 of which he instructed could be removed to help my insurance if I did some small ONLINE CLASS offered by the state website. The whole story happened before receiving what I consider a home run of a verdict. Upon meeting the man and consulting with him I considered myself more than informed. I knew what we were going into and I knew worse case scenarios before going in. Again no BS. Eliott submitted a Holup motion which is a motion to dismiss for failure to provide discovery. After the state was a no show 3 times with no discovery, I basically walked away. He was not chirpy or grandstanding. Obviously well respected and a man that knew the moves. As my wife put it, he was like Kenny - He knew when to hold em, knew when to fold em.

Elliot was well versed for my situation. He is very knowledgeable and well informed of the laws and legal process. I greatly appreciated his honesty and patience in explaining my situation, the legal process, potential outcomes and how we should approach things. I came to him with a DWI case, my second in 10 years, and he was able to find the extenuating circumstances and legal precedents of the case that led to the DWI being dismissed. I plead guilty to Careless Driving, got 2 points and a $200 fine. And after it was said and done, when he could have shook ...my hand and walked out, he stayed with me until I paid the court and he even gave me tips on how to remove the 2 points on my license. He was a straight shooter the entire time, always on top of my case even with weeks in between court dates. There were times when I would make a note to call him a day or two prior to court to discuss the details and he would call me before I even got the chance.
