Stomel was outstanding. I got a ticket for unlawfuull passing in Cherry Hill. I paid the ticket and thought that was the end of it. A month later I was trying to change my insurance company to save some money. During that process the insurance company declined my application due to an unlawfu...ll passing ticket. My juvenile son was in very serious trouble. He was charged with three offenses: Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a controlled Substance in a Motor Vehicle.
