I have been chasing a tenant for payment for 4 months . I reached out to George for help, he asked me some questions and to forward some details, emails, messages etc. He then wrote a detailed letter to the tenant asking for a for payment on a specific date and time (he even offered to meet her so I ...don't have to deal) if the payment was not met by this time/ date then we would take action and sue for the rent payment plus more. The tenant was completely unresponsive until I received my payment in a check a few days later! What a relief. George was very professional, straight to the point and got it done fast!
