OUTCOME: Trial judgment in favor of my client.

Represented Plaintiff, a corporate non-profit, in a corporate dispute between the majority of the board of trustees that I represented, and the minority defendants. I filed an Order to Show Cause with ... temporary restraints seeking equitable relief in the form of nullifying an erroneous corporate resolution and reversing a false election result for the board. The Court converted the matter to a plenary hearing and ordered discovery. Following a three day bench trial, the court entered a judgment in favor of my client. The trial win has since been upheld by the Appellate Division.

OUTCOME: Won Jury Verdict in favor of my clients, the Defendants.

Represented Defendants in a lawsuit by Plaintiffs seeking over $140,000.00 for allegations under five different claims including Violation of the Landlord Reprisal Act, Breach of Contract, Fraud, Breac ... h of Good Faith, and Wrongful Eviction. After 5 day trial, the jury verdict was entered in favor of my clients on all five counts of Plaintiff's complaint, as well as my client's counterclaim for breach of contract, resulting in an award of attorney's fees for my clients.

Fife & Drum v. Il Portico Restaurant

OUTCOME: Won trial judgment in favor of our client, Defendant Il Portico

Represented Defendant, Il Portico Restaurant, a high end restaurant in the Philadelphia market that Plaintiff alleged infringed upon its perfected trademark for the same name. I argued that the doctrin ... e of laches applied, and that there was no likelihood of confusion, since Plaintiff itself was not aware of my client's use of the name between 1995 to 2016, and the two restaurants are 100 miles apart. Following a two day federal bench trial, with the closing arguments scheduled a couple of months after the first day, the Court entered a trial judgment in favor of my client.
