Divorce is never easy or pleasant, but working with Bud is both of these things. From the start Bud was kind, caring, attentive and understanding as we talked through my situation. He gave me a clear understanding of my position and the options and possibilities, and throughout he handled my case wit...h care and diligence. He is also a staunch advocate when needed! Furthermore, he is well acquainted with everyone in the court system, and this knowledge and experience is invaluable when navigating courts. I highly recommend him for all family and divorce matters.

Honestly you are better off throwing your money away than hiring this poor excuse for an attorney. He never even bothered to open any paperwork regarding our case until the day of. He proceeded to be argumentative and blamed me for not giving him all the info!! I couldn’t believe it. If he had opened... up the file for even a second maybe we would have been prepared. I honestly ended up worse after hiring him than after. He had no problem taking my money in the beginning. After we lost horribly he then said we would much more money and time and it we would come back and refile. Yea right! I would rather hire a bum off the street to represent me. I should have known when they referred to him as “Bud”. No one in the court took him seriously and the nickname alone told me he was better suited as a dive bar attendant. DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
