I made the decision to switch lawyers half way through the divorce process after finding out proper procedures were never followed. This is when I hired Joseph Murphy. A court date for an early settlement was less than two weeks away, so I wasn’t sure if things could be changed at this point, but h...e was able to have that court date postponed, giving us time to go through all the necessary channels.
