I made the decision to switch lawyers half way through the divorce process after finding out proper procedures were never followed. This is when I hired Joseph Murphy. Bud was my original divorce attorney. He then worked for an attorney I, frankly, lost respect for. So, I left that firm. After the divorce I moved; that attorney retired, then I moved to an attorney who was my refinance (mortgage) guy's Dad. He was a super NJ attorney, so is Bud. then, this ti...me, an assault on my 'permanent' alimony. I went back to Bud, he is reasonably priced and Bud knows how to get things done w/o big hassles and other 'professionals' involved.
