Biography
My practice has been and remains exclusively concentrated in matrimonial and family law, where I am dedicated to serving the best interests of my clients in all matters related to New Jersey family law; matrimonial litigation, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, the division of assets, evaluations, domestic violence, pre-nuptial agreements, arbitration, mediation, and all related family law issues. Mr. I handle simple to complex divorce and family law matters, which involve the engagement of a variety of experts, including forensic accountants, employability experts, real estate and personal property appraisers, child custody best interest evaluators and drug/alcohol evaluators. Specifically assist clients with the valuation and distribution of businesses, professional practices and execute benefits, such as stock options and restricted stock.
I am also a Rule 1:40 Court Approved Economic Mediator and also volunteer as an expert panelist in the Morris and Somerset County Early Settlement Programs.
In 2011 and 2012, I was recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyer – Rising Star” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine
Certified Matrimonial Law Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
