As an owner of a multi-family dwelling that falls into the Commercial category, I needed an experienced Lawyer who not only could assist me with Landlord/Tenant issues ranging from Tenant non-compliance to disputes over Security deposits. I wanted someone who could confidently represent me in Landlo...rd/Tenant Court. I found Steven Jayson to be this Lawyer. He is professional and very knowledgeable. His attention to detail and prompt follow-up makes working with him a pleasure. He treats me like a person not a dollar amount. If you find wading through "legalese" a daunting prospect, Steven will confidently and capably lead you through it. He proved this to me when he recently created a new and updated Rental Lease Agreement for me, and patiently worked with me to make changes to fit my needs. Steve has worked with a number of my companies, and has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. He has been helping us since 2016 to collect debt someone owes me. I couldn't be happier with his service. I have dealt with several attorneys regarding different matters (yeah, not good experience personally) but I just wish I could have met him from the beginning instead of dealing with other attor...neys. He has shown us the qualities that attorneys are expected to have: thoroughness, not giving up easily, timely follow-up, keeping clients updated timely before clients even reach out to him. Most importantly, I am very pleased with his timely follow up and keeping me on the loop. When the debt collection process stalls, he takes necessary actions by reaching out related parties (court, sheriffs, you name it) to ensure the money is collected and promptly gives me an update. Another thing I want to point out is that he is very prompt in responding my questions. He is available via phone, email. I had an attorney who took years to respond to me. of course, I stopped him representing me soon after. I'm very pleased with Steven's service.
