Sticking up for the tenant

When we realized we had to move following serious issues with the safety of the property we were renting, our landlord refused to let us out of the lease or give back our deposit. We knew that a legal fight would be a nightmare, and most attorneys told us upfront that we had no rights as tenants and ...landlords always win. When we came to Mr Abraham, however, he immediately assured us that we did have an ally. He explained all of our rights, and what we needed to do to get out of a (physically AND financially) dangerous situation. For almost a year, Mr. Abraham worked with us to fight against our landlord. He kept us calm and involved in the case. Finally, our case was resolved today. Thanks to Mr. Abraham's competence, patience, support, and talent, we were able to get our deposit back. Most importantly, we can put this issue behind us and never worry about that terrible landlord again.

Landlords: this is the lawyer for you!

I diligently researched attorney's before choosing Mr. Abraham and decided that he was the one that I needed to use to evict my problem tenant because of his knowledge. Mr. Abraham gave me faster dates than the other attorneys that I interviewed as well as blew me away with a lot more straight forwar...d information than the other guys had. At court he educated the judge on the most up to date eviction laws and was forceful at making the eviction move faster than the judge knew could happen and because Mr. Abraham had the appropriate legal paperwork on hand the eviction was made official immediately. He is always great to respond to emails, though a bit hard to reach by phone. Email is sufficient though and he was very thorough and straight forward. To be clear, he is the fastest and most knowledgeable attorney I have ever found for the eviction process.

Knowledge of working with Graeme

Graeme has always been able to answer my questions, or find an answer if he was unsure. He keeps me up to date on where the eviction is in the court system. Always returns calls which is a big plus. In court he is always prepared and comes early to let me know how the proceedings will go.
