Kirk Tyler Klett

Klett Law Offices is managed by its founder, Kirk T. Klett, Esq. Prior to forming Klett Law Offices, Mr. Klett was an associate attorney at the Pittsburgh law firm of Dell, Moser, Lane & Loughney. His practice consisted of insurance defense and commercial litigation and he is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars. While in law school at the Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Klett clerked for the Honorable Judge D. Michael Fisher in the Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Klett received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bucknell University. While an undergraduate, Mr. Klett earned four letters on the Division I varsity lacrosse team. As a player, Mr. Klett garnered team offensive MVP honors his junior year and was team captain his senior year. 

Mr. Klett is also actively involved with the Pittsburgh-based video game development company, Crosse Studios. He currently serves as Vice President of the company. Crosse Studios has released a number of video games for Xbox 360, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Crosse Studios released its first mobile lacrosse game, Lacrosse Dodge, for iOS and Android in 2013. The highly anticipated release garnered a 4.5 out of 5 stars user rating and appeared inside the Top 25 Paid Apps in the United States, ranking ahead of mega hits Temple Run, Angry Birds and Words With Friends at the time. 

As a result of his involvement with Crosse Studios, Mr. Klett has extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, particularly video game and mobile application development agreements, as well as marketing, advertising and confidentiality agreements. Mr. Klett also has vast knowledge regarding intellectual property rights and licensing, including trademark and copyright law. 

Since the opening of Klett Law Offices, the practice has expanded to include legal services in business entity formation, wills and trusts, and landlord tenant law. In particular, Klett Law Offices prides itself on its streamlined approach to creating new businesses.
