Hired Charles Fiore for a simple change in custody after exwife was convicted of second dui.Not only did I not get the change I was ordered to prove money being paid towards court ordered legal fees.Charles Fiore never argued any of the facts. Instead he told me that I got my foot in the door and tha...t he would take it easy on future legal fees. When I finally spoke to him about the outcome he asked me if I really thought I was walking out of court with a change of Custody on the first try. He talked a good game during the intial consultation but the reality is everything that he and his office did I could of done myself. Very disappointed in his performance and lack of compassion when confronted about it.
