A ZEALOUS ADVOCATE FOR YOUR RIGHTS AS EMPLOYEES. CALL FOR A CONSULTATION. (855)585-6269

I am a partner in the law firm of Green Savits, LLC, with offices in Morristown, New Jersey.  I graduated Columbia College and NYU School of Law.  Since 1982, I have been a member of the New Jersey and New York bars practicing in both state and federal court. My professional associations include the National Employment Lawyers Association of which I served on the national executive board and as vice-president. I argued Abbamont v. Piscataway Township Board of Education which helped establish the rights of whistleblowers under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act and have also participated on a number of amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs on behalf of NELA/NJ and AARP.  I lecture and have written numerous articles on all areas of employee rights. I have also been included in the Thomson Reuters list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in the areas of labor and employment law and plaintiffs’ employment litigation since 2009 (for selection methodology see www.superlawyers.com), have been elected to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and have received the highest rating of “AV” by the nationwide Martindale-Hubbel Directory. My firm and I concentrate solely on the representation of employees in all employment and discrimination matters.

Glen Savits
Glen Savits is an incredibly effective employment attorney. I was quite uncomfortable with the idea of even contacting and hiring an attorney but Glen made the entire experience feel focused and efficient. He was reliable and very responsive. He also communicated very clearly and made all the legal terminology easier to understand. He offered suggestions for what he thought he was best and also politely and respectfully responded when challenged with other ideas. I hope to not need Glen again but if I do, I know where to go.

Superb Law Firm
Using superb litigation skills during our meditation and its aftermath, Attorneys Glen Savitts and Laura LoGiudice effectively resolved my five year case vs my former Fortune 100 employer. Glen and Laura helped me heal from serious financial, physical and emotional injury inflicted by my manager’s illegal and reprehensible discriminatory actions. For over a decade, my professional performance consistently exceeded both assigned annual goals and metrics delivered by peers. And for almost as long, I tolerated a hostile and unlawful work environment. At long last, life can move on.

Client
I was extremely pleased with Glen Savits as well as the staff within his office. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous throughout and Glen helped put things into proper perspective. He was extremely knowledgeable; always providing detailed answers with additional examples to support the many questions that I had asked throughout. Glen got back to me in record timing, whether I had reached out to him via email or on the phone. I was very happy with his services and would highly recommend him.

Client
I was discriminated against and terminated by a Fortune 100 company. While the company had the legal right to terminate me due to performance issues, Glen Savits demonstrated my workplace was a discriminating environment. He won a substantial monetary award for me which will be of great help while I am looking for another job and starting the next chapter. He provided great counsel and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His staff also provided excellent client service.

Glen Savits--Champions the cause like no other
Skillfully represented my interests in an unlawful age discrimination case negotiating an acceptable settlement resulting in a much better severance and compensation package. His approach was analytical showing great attention to detail and was relentless in his pursuit of correcting an injustice with a levelheaded style that easily exposed the employer's argument for termination. Glen let "no stone unturned" and from the start, it was obvious that my interests were being served. I highly recommend Green Savits, LLC and the services of Glen Savits.

Glen Savits, best Labor and Employment Lawyer in New Jersey
Glen Savits handled my case with great professionalism. His knowledge of the law, his thorough legal research and attention to detail and legal writings were superb and to the point, and led to favorable judgement on most motions filed. What I appreciated most of all was that he was always conscious of serving my best interests while keeping my costs as low as possible. This is a great quality in a lawyer. I have known lawyers who try to make money by filing unnecessary and frivolous motions at great cost to their unsuspecting clients. He and his associate Dylan work together as a team and complex legal issues are discussed with all to best serve the client's interests. They are a great and formidable team to have on your side! If you have a labor or employment issue, Glen Savits is the lawyer who will best serve your interests with his great sense of justice and fairness, and his thorough and accurate understanding of the law.

Plaintiff
When my world was turned upside down, Glen Savits was gentle and kind, explaining my rights, as well as explaining the law and how it fit into my situation. He and his staff were always available to answer questions or concerns, and were timely in response to my inquiries. My case was lengthy and complicated, but all in all what I appreciate most is that I was shown much patience in understanding legalities over my emotions. Glen was exceptional at coordinating many legal issues, with many legal partners and expert consultations. His staff was friendly and supportive, as well as genuinely concerned about my well being. My case was settled in mediation, however, Glen continued to fight for my rights through all the paperwork seeking what he believed to be in my best interest. I wholeheartedly endorse Glen Savits and staff for their professional and personal attention for legal matters regarding employment law.

My experience with Glen D. Savits
Let me start by saying, I have known Glen D. Savits since 1989 when I first approached Glen with my case as a prospective client. My case was as a "Whistleblower" against the State Of New Jersey, which at the time was not a popular case to bring nor to win,as even my Union refused to take it. Glen did take the case & advised me it would be a tough case to win & it would take some time to fight. Glen at the time had a large very prestigious firm behind him. During the 11 years that Glen represented me,I learned that the prestige was not going to win my case. In the end what won my case was the knowledge of the law, both new & old, Glen’s principles in life & most of all was his accountability to me & no one else. My case went before the Supreme Court Of New Jersey & not only did I win, but we set a "Landmark Case Precedent". Today a Public Employee has the same rights as any other employee; the right to sue his or her employer. If you are fortunate enough for Atty. Glen D. Savits & his firm "Law Firm Of Green Savits" to take your case,I can assure you that the prestige is there, but most of all you have the knowledge of the law, a lawyer with solid principles & most of all a personal accountability to his or her client. Joseph P. A. Jr. (Whistleblower)
