Glen D Savits

About me

I am a partner in the law firm of Green Savits, LLC, with offices in Morristown, New Jersey.  I graduated Columbia College and NYU School of Law.  Since 1982, I have been a member of the New Jersey and New York bars practicing in both state and federal court. My professional associations include the National Employment Lawyers Association of which I served on the national executive board and as vice-president. I argued Abbamont v. Piscataway Township Board of Education which helped establish the rights of whistleblowers under the New Jersey Conscientious Employee Protection Act and have also participated on a number of amicus curiae (friend of the court) briefs on behalf of NELA/NJ and AARP.  I lecture and have written numerous articles on all areas of employee rights. I have also been included in the Thomson Reuters list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in the areas of labor and employment law and plaintiffs’ employment litigation since 2009 (for selection methodology see, have been elected to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and have received the highest rating of “AV” by the nationwide Martindale-Hubbel Directory. My firm and I concentrate solely on the representation of employees in all employment and discrimination matters.
