The best lawyer to have in your corner

I was falsely accused of something i knew i didnt do. it felt like no law enforcement, no judge, no prosecutor, nobody was listening to the obvious that i didnt do it - except Ms.Hascup. She listened to every word i had to say. She responded to every email. She had my back and went to bat for me and helped like noone else. The case was dismissed and its all because of her. I cannot thank her enough and i cannot recommend her enough.

She is the best

I randomly found Alissa Hascup from a Google search a few years back for someone else. She fought hard against serious charges and he got the best outcome for a very difficult charge. Years later, referred her to another person and the charges were dropped. Just this year, I needed legal representation for a very serious but fraudulent criminal charge! It was nerve wracking but I felt very confident in Alissa's care and she does care. I was put at ease with her as my attorney. The charges were downgraded and then ultimately dismissed. She is very knowledgeable, presents herself well in court and is just an excellent lawyer. Her website says 'passionate and aggressive' believe it! I highly recommend her and I am so glad I found her.

By far ,the best criminal defense attorney

Best lawyer

What can I say about Alissa hascup she's one of the best tourney's in New Jersey I was in a situation where I was facing jail time for driving while suspended and she heard my side of the story she did everything in her power to make sure that I serve no jail time whatsoever got me a great deal I would highly recommend her to anyone very confident very courteous respectful and a what can I say she's an amazing attorney FYi very beautiful lol

Very clear ,understanding and professional lawyer

One of the best criminal defense lawyers in North Jersey

I had a very serious case in Bergen County involving charges such as aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, and eluding. Initially I hired a well-known attorney from Bergen, but was very unhappy with his representation as he urged me to take the first deal they were offering (4 years state prison w/o eligibility for parole until 85% NERA act). I fired him and had Alissa take over in a pinch, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She truly fought for me and chipped away until the prosecution agreed to drop all the charges except for the eluding; I was eventually given time served (served 7 months in county jail) with five years probation. Her work essentially saved my life. Not to mention that she thoroughly communicated with my family and constantly visited me in the jail to discuss my case. I want every defense attorney to be like her.... someone who cares about her clients and makes sure whoever retains her gets their money’s worth. I can honestly say there was nobody else I would have rather had represent me. Alissa, I truly want to give you my thanks.

Best attorney I’ve ever come across

I had an attorney before hiring Alissa, I was unhappy with my existing attorney and when I spoke to Alissa I was relieved to hear someone with a knowledge of cases like mine, the criminal justice system, and my local court. She has great relationships with everybody you will need to deal with in court proceedings and will handle your case in a timely manner. She will do everything possible to guarantee your best outcome. Her communication was prompt, and even in an emergency, I was able to get in touch with her. I truly felt like I was a priority to her. I’ve never dealt with such a professional attorney and one who truly cares about your wellbeing. In the end, she got my three criminal charges dismissed. If you have a criminal charge against you, you will want her as your attorney. My only regret is not hiring her sooner.

1st degree drug charge

1st degree drug charge. Alissa Hascup and law firm took that drug charge into a motion to suppress and it was granted I'm still shock and amazed on how Alissa Hascup and the LAW FIRM handle my case. Alissa- excellent criminal lawyer

She is the best! She got my case dismissed! I hired her after interviewing 5 lawyers. In my first meeting I liked her aptitude to look through the things and very transparent in her dealing. You get much more for your money. She keeps you informed of every step and response turn around time is good! I am dealing with a crazy ex who is out to put me in jail. If it were possible I would give Alissa Hascup 10 stars . I have never had to deal with any sort of lawyer before . She not only was very professional, but most importantly she handeled my case in a timely manner. My boyfriend was incarcerated and was out of prison in less then 3 weeks after she received all the information she needed .All i can say is if you ever need any type of REAL LEGAL HELP PLEASE CALL HER . Also (Jennifer ) that works in the Hackensack office is also great .Since Mrs Hascup is usually busy during day she will make sure any questions or issues you have are taken care of . Patient, Understanding, & Extremely Professional

Alissa Hascup went out of her way to always make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable of every decision I made in all court matters. Alissa D Hascup is a passionate Lawyer.

I had been going through a difficult case for the last 3 months. I went elsewhere trying to find help. I ended up finding Ms. Hascup, and she is truly amazing. She is very effectual, confident, and tactful. She treats you as though you're VIP. She didn't have my case for long and she was able to have it dismissed and all charges were thrown out.
