I would highly recommend Stacey. I've used her for 3 real estae closings so far and I will use her services again in the future. I have also recommended her to family and friends. Some hi...ghlights of my experience include: - Negotiated the full cost of the replacement of a septic system including tree removal when the sellers had no intention of going higher than a few thousand dollars. Negotiation went on for a few weeks and Stacey was confident that she would get what was fair. - Worked closely with my mortgage company to push things along when paperwork was stuck in underwriting. - Wrote strong contracts/ addendums that where fair and provided me proper protection. Clearly understands NJ real estate law. - Was firm with other (opposing) counsel. - When something needed to be done she immediately communicated with me, my realtor or other (opposing) counsel.

I can not say enough good things about Stacey Wolfe Esq. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STACEY H. WOLFE AS A WONDERFUL PERSON & ATTORNEY, WHO IS BOTH HONEST AND GENUINE. A VERY REFRESHING COMBO, INDEED! I was on my 11th call to attorneys, to no avail...either they never called back or they said" we don't han...dle unemployment appeals and offered no one that did". I even had 2 calls into the Ocean County Bar Association, who did not return my calls. I had a short amount of time to appeal, and NO ONE would even take a minute to help me! Ms. Wolfe answered the phone, I was so taken back by that, that I was unable to express what I needed initially. She was upfront and honest about my plight right from the get go. I decided to take the long-shot and last ditch effort, with Stacey's help in the form of a well constructed and edited letter by myself & Ms. Wolfe. Several revisions later , several e-mails back & forth & 3 phone calls of 20 or more minutes & it was ready to send out. She charged me only for the letter, which was a very very reasonable price to pay for the expert opinion, research and counsel I received for the 2 weeks in the preparation of this appeal. I have already told sooo many people about my experience, and they say to me, I can't beleive you are talking about an attorney like that". I said, I know, I found a great one & I want to share it.
