I graduated from Rider College in 1990 and hold a degree of  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance.  I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law.

Stacy Wolfe- excellent attorney.
We hired Ms. Wolfe after a referral from a friend to handle the legal work surrounding the sale and purchase of a home. Throughout the process Stacey was always at least two steps ahead of the other attorney's and real estate sales staff. Every step was handle efficiently with clearly explanation of the reason and corresponding next step. She was always available by phone and email, needed transactions were handled simply and cleanly with electronic signatures whenever possible. During the closing process for the sale of our home we had a unique issues regarding our survey- and her understanding of the law and local planning created a clear path for resolution. After our experience with Stacey Wolfe, she has become our family attorney handling our wills and estate planning, and any other issue that may impact our family. Couldn't ask for better!!!
I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Stacey H. Wolfe!!! She was our attorney during both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. During these transactions, her expertise was evident. She's extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful during every step of the process. She was patient and understanding, explaining everything that we needed to know and what needed to be done. She had our back and "fought" for us with our best interests in mind. She was also very quick to respond/reply to emails. Definitely on the ball!!! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Very helpful through the whole closing process
Me and my brother's had to sell my mother's house through her estate. Stacey was recommended to us by our realtor, and she was a great help. She advised us on matters involving an estate property sale that we weren't aware of. She was very involved and continually made the extra effort to ensure that we avoided as much give backs to the buyer, we had the lowest escrow possible, and that we closed on time. I would definitely contact Stacey for any future legal needs.

Covid Estate Sale Closing
Stacy was fantastic! Despite the pandemic parameters, she completed the paperwork in a timely manner. She was always available by phone or email. I appreciated her guidance in matters I was not real estate "savy". Her "soup to nuts" fee was more than fair. I will retain her services again. Maybe by then we can meet face to face!

Home Sale and Purchase
I hired Stacey Wolfe to conduct the attorney review and closing for the sale of my last residence and the purchase of a new one. She was very responsive and thorough throughout. While there were challenges on each, she demonstrated mastery in handling each event. This, of course, helped get me through two normally stressful events. In addition, a week after I was settled into my new place, an issue arose that I promptly forwarded to Ms. Wolfe for advice. Although it was Saturday, I received a quick response and the issue was settled by Monday morning. I would absolutely recommend using her services.
