I was living in California, and I found Stacey Wolfe via a Google search. To my surprise, she answered the call herself. I'd been led to believe I would need an attorney's services to get out of a purchase agreement I had signed for a mobile home in New Jersey (where I'm originally from). Negotiation went on for a few weeks and Stacey was confident that she would get what was fair. - Worked closely with my mortgage company to push things along when paperwork was stuck in underwriting. - Wrote strong contracts/ addendums that where fair and provided me proper protection. Clearly understands NJ real estate law. - Was firm with other (opposing) counsel. - When something needed to be done she immediately communicated with me, my realtor or other (opposing) counsel.
