I contacted the office of Ms. Susan Clark on 3/21/23 and received a call back from Ms. Maria Franceschini today 3/22/23. Ms. Franceschini was not interested in hearing much of my case, she was rude and not an ounce of empathy. She literally got off the phone within 4 minutes.
