We were very pleased with our experience working with Daniel L Weiss. We had experienced extremely disappointing results with other Immigration Lawyers and firms. These past encounters resulted in two Denials and left us without hope and a dark future. We were referred to Daniel, and after meeting with him decided to try it one more time. Within 6 months and after several meetings, conferences with him and his diligent team we were rewarded with the Green Card we sought. We are extremely pleased and lucky that we met with and availed ourselves of the services of Daniel L. Weiss.
Jackie and I, both thank you for the wonderful job that you did, Daniel.

Mr. Weiss was professional, he and his team had the paperwork done efficiently and he helped me with everything. I always recommend him to my friends and family and to anyone who asked me for a good lawyer.

I am an immigration attorney practicing in Washington, DC. Dan Weiss is my go-to person for questions regarding practice in the Newark area. He is one of the most helpful and collegiate attorneys in the immigration bar. More importantly, he always shares information on practices and procedures relating to the Immigration Courts, USCIS, ICE and CBP in Newark. He knows everyone and they respect him. The government folks with whom I then speak are happy to talk to me after learning that Dan referred them to me. He is an excellent colleague and lawyer.

I endorse this lawyer.I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Weiss is an exceptional immigration attorney that has fought for his clients for over 20 years. He has been a devoted mentor to me, and has helped all those I have referred to him with their immigration matters. I highly recommend Mr. Weiss as an immigration attorney if you want someone who is dedicated, fair, thorough and thoughtful, knows the law, the courts and the system to best guide those in need.
