Michael R Speck

I hired Mr. Speck on the recommendation of another police officer. I have to say it worked out great. Not only did I not get Lifetime Alimony, my ex didn't get my pension. I have seen many other divorced Police officers get lifetime alimony (when married the same amount of time I was) and also lose h...alf their pension. since hiring Mr. Speck I have recommended him to three of my friends who have also been very satisfied. I have to say Mr. Speck is a very aggressive attorney and he knows how to get things done. A+ for me!!!

Mr. Speck took over my case mid way through and was able to get up to speed with the key issues in very little time at all to begin moving things toward resolution. Both Mr. Speck, as well as his assistant, Theresa have kept me well informed and have been very responsive to my questions and concerns.... They treat people like people, not numbers. I find him to be honest, reliable and very accessible to his clients. Further, he has provided competent, professional representation and I'm only sorry that I didn't find him sooner. Thank you.

Michael Speck, although we shared a difference of opinion at the end of him representing me, has to be one of the most aggressive attorneys I have ever used. As a result of me having a crazy ex who is the mother of my daughter and in tight with local police Mike Speck has successfully went to trial (...no plea agreements for me) a number of hearings both in municipal court from harassment(crazy x) , traffic violations (crazy x and police) to DUI's from local police ( my fault because crazy x), superior court (crazy x) pertaining to DYFS matters(crazy x) and family court (crazy x). He has even brought cases all the way to the supreme court for me. He has clarified issues with my daughters Dr. offices as well as issues I was having with my daughters school. He even went far enough to work with me despite my limited income. He is one of those hard hitting lawyers that are portrayed in major movies, but is the real deal. I recommended a neighbor to him just recently. Hopefully people wont need a lawyer in their life, but if you do, call Mike Speck. (Don't hold anything back though. Tell him everything truthfully. Let him do his job.)
