Michael R. Speck and his assistant Theresa were absolutely amazing to deal with! He has your best interests in mind and kept me up to date with my case which was about a year long with going into trial. He always comfortably explained the the potential worst and best scenarios which isn't always some...thing every lawyer does. They worked out a payment plan that worked for me and him, even worked in the specialists and reports which couldn't have been appreciated more! Mr.Speck let me know which court dates we needed to attend, and which we did not because of rescheduling. He was a personal recommendation from a friend of mine and I won't be consulting any other lawyers. I believe he has your best case scenario in mind and he's willing to work his way to get it for you! A $5,000 retainer was requested to represent us in a legal business matter. Mr. Speck submitted an initial reponse to the court and attended the initial court hearing. We gave Mr. Speck an additional $7,500.00 to file a motion with the court. One week after the additional funds were secured by Mr.... Speck, we were suspicious that our case was not being handled with any sense of urgency and we fired him. We have still to see a bill for any work done and it has been 14 months since we hired him!!! Be cautious!
