A 2,000 retainer was required to represent us in a foreclosure matter. We did not fight the matter just wanted to minor correspondence handled in a correct legal fashion. Nothing else was required. It has been almost a year and we have received no billing statements and no refund of the unused port...ion of our retainer. Frequent requests have yielded no response. A final response indicating illness and overwork were the reasons for the delay. This is still unresolved.
