also known as Jef Henninger
I represent my clients the same way I would represent my close friends and family. I am not on TV. You won't hear me on the radio. You won't see an ad for me in the Yellow Pages. I like to rely on word-of-mouth because we create clients for life. We want to be your go-to lawyers in time of need. With 9 offices in New Jersey, our attorneys can represent you in any court in New Jersey. We also answer our phone 24/7 because most of our new clients need us right away.

Lawyers are Incompetent, Lazy, Liars.
I Hired Jeff Henninger Law Firm to Represent my son in a Criminal Manner and they Assigned the case to Christopher Caserio Esq. This Lawyer is very Lazy, Unprofessional and told us Lies after Lies about filing motions he never Intended to File. The Entire time my son was in Detention Mr. Caserio file...

BEWARE
I hired Mr. Henninger to represent me in a firearm's confiscation case. I met with him personally at his office and explained the issue. I paid his retainer, sent him all the information for which he asked and I was promptly forgotten. I was turned over to one of his Associates, I made contact with t...
This is a false review. First, we have represented one client named Art and it was for a different matter and he's still a client. Second, we cannot find a record of any case under a different name that is even similar to this. Third, my cell phone is listed on this profile. I answer it every single day of the year. If this person was a real client that actually had a problem, he or she could have called me cell phone and this would have been cleared up.

Only thing he did for me was waste my money
I talked to him and hired him for an emancipation case based off of the big game he talks. In court I find out he's going to school ok so a reduction in child support is brought up and shot down because it wasn't filed for with the emancipation. One would think an Attorney they hire would tell their ...
This review is clearly false. First, I have not had an emancipation case where there was oral argument for a long time. Second, all client review motions before they are filed. They have to sign off on them. If there was something that a client wanted to have added, they would have not signed off on it. Third, the description of the case does not match the facts of any case in this office. Therefore, this is a fake review.

Don't recommend for DCPP cases especially complicated as Jef Heningers book written April 2014 states
DCPP removed my children April 2014 (right when his book on a know it all on DCPP was released). I was informed at the court hearing for order to show cause that Mr. Heninger wanted to take the case to trial even though there was no facts on their case. Prior to going into the court room, he told m...
This anonymous person does not appear to be a client of this firm. As a result, this could be anyone including our competition. In addition, the review doesn't even make any sense. First, lawyers cannot just "quit", a motion would have to be filed. According to the reviewer, no such review was ever filed. Second, if we did represent a client that was argumentative, we would have to get out of the case but again, a motion would have to be filed. Third, the statement "Mr. Henninger wanted to take the case to trial even though there was no facts on their case" doesn't really make any sense from a negative perspective. If DCPP had no evidence, it would only make sense to press the issue and fight them. Fourth, if we didn't actually represent the client, how could he or she judge our performance? Fifth, the use of the "know it all" clearly indicates that this person has some type of animosity with this firm. A credible review would have just stuck to the facts. Sixth, unless this person is a lawyer, the reference to former colleagues also doesn't make any sense either. Finally, this person should have indicated exactly what they did by being argumentative. Clients are permitted to disagree with their lawyers but it is only when clients start making threats do we feel the need to file a motion to get out of the case. The client of course has the right to oppose such a motion. There is no indication that any of this actually happened which is why it appears that this is a false review.
"Jef is smart, experienced, creative and dedicated. He fights hard for his clients and isn't afraid to take on a challenge. He gets results, both in Court and in settlement negotiations."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jeff, is a dedicated advocate for his clients. If you or a loved are facing criminal charges take the time to talk to Jeff. You will be glad you did."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is well known and respected for the results he achieves with his clients. A personal friend, a former drug court evaluator, when his name is mentioned, had nothing but the highest praise for his professionalism and skill. If you need a criminal attorney, he's the one to go to."
"Jef is an excellent, hardworking attorney who fights tirelessly to protect his clients' legal rights."
"I endorse Jef Henninger. He is a very skilled attorney and an all-around nice guy! Definitely recommended."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Henninger generously shares, with his fellow attorneys, his knowledge about criminal defense practice."
"I endorse this lawyer. The results that Jef is able to achieve for his clients are very positive. Jef has extensive experience and a true grasp of the law. I recommend Jef and know that he has a great staff who works as a team ready to help Jef's clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. Jef is extremely knowledgeable and eloquent attorney. He is generous with his time and knowledge and dedicated to his clients."
"Jef Henninger is a remarkable counsellor, and I have referred matters to him simply because he is unique, in addition to being generally excellent. I have an informal, self-taught specialty at the intersection of law and computer science, whereas Henninger has studied it all formally, is degreed, and there is no one like him in the statewide area. Simply the best. He's also expert in various regular specialties, including matrimonial, criminal, DYFS, and several others. I'm 25 years doing criminal law, and he's one of a small few I'd rely on for my own defense. He also employs a staff member that used to be with me, so I personally know she's excellent, too. All that plus exemplary ethics. If you're in and around NJ and need his sort of expertise, Jef's firm is your best bet to get a great outcome."
