Michael is a phenomenal lawyer, he has represented me twice in the last five years for a DUI and for felony charges. The DUI case I’m considered in the 1% that refuses to take a breathalyzer. And walks away with a first time offenders program. just this week I was looking at some serious jail time fo...r two felony charges and harassment charge. I walked out of court room with a harassment charge, and a fine all other charges were dismissed, what lawyer can do that! I want to thank Michael and his staff for the hard work. I know alot of clients try to sugar coat their lawyer but I must say he turned out to be better than I thought. Michael Grasso was very upfront and very educated about the law and the strategy he will have to practice to win my sons case which was refusal of the breathlyzer. Along with numerous other... tickets that could of ended him in jail and loss of license. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with my son. Mr.Grasso and his team were very diligent with their approach during my son's court hearings. I was facing 7 years in New Jersey state prison with a 1-year mandatory loss of license and thousands of dollars in fines before I came to see Mr Grasso. I couldn't believe it when I walked out of the court room with Mr Grasso and he explained to me what the judge had said that I was found not guilt...y on all my original charges with no jail no probation no loss of license the only thing I had to do was pay some minimal fines. Without Mr Grassos meticulous diligence in my case i do not believe my outcome would have been as favorable.
