This past summer I was a passanger in a car ,that was drivin by a friend , which she lost control of and we flipped hit a tree and she was killed and I was critical. During the search three different container were found of a cds. The vehical was mine so I was charged with 3 counts of possession of a... cds,Each count was punishable up to 3-5 years prison.
