This past summer I was a passanger in a car ,that was drivin by a friend , which she lost control of and we flipped hit a tree and she was killed and I was critical. During the search three different container were found of a cds. The vehical was mine so I was charged with 3 counts of possession of a... cds,Each count was punishable up to 3-5 years prison. Along with motor vehical summons for not wearing seatbelt and open container of Alchohol and marijuana.! (It was 10am when accident occurred nothing was consumed that morning and I don’t drink or smoke they weren’t mine) In the eyes of the law I was responsible. I met Mike in a restaurant. I was having lunch with a friend and Mike overheard the conversation . On his way out he stopped by our table to let my fried know SSHA was right on the money with her assessment and advice of my situation. He thought she was my attorney because of her understanding of the law. But when he found out she wasn’t , we talked a little while and as he was leaving I got his number. He was moving into a new office in Belmar and I met him there the day he was moving in. Mike looked at my case and let me know immediately that these were serious charges, and due to the fact there was a fatality they maybe a little more aggressive with them. Needless to say I was extremely worried. But Miles confidence and thorough understanding of the law and what these charges could mean to me down the line if they were to stick or be in my record. Before court Mike was working deligently and mapped out a course of action that he felt would be in my favor , and he was sure he could get the prosecutor to ok. When all was said and done I walked away with 12 months PTI. Probation.1200$ fine All traffic summons dismissed and the charges of possession thrown out and wiped from the record so I’ll not have the charges come up in my name. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Mike made it look easy and his confidence and easy going approach to the situation along with his experience with the local judicial system made me loss all anxiety and I never really worried cause I felt I would get the best possible deal even if it wasn’t what I hoped for. Mike would get the best deal possible for me. And that was more then I could’ve asked for. And may I add , for a very reasonable fee. I was pleasantly delighted for the cost versus what representation I received. ? Very happy all around and I would recommend without hesitation to anyone who could use good representation for a criminal matter

Mike Grasso is the man with the plan for sure. This is the second time I had to use this man and sure enough, he did not disappoint like always! 2nd dui with motor vehicle accident dropped!!! I know alot of clients try to sugar coat their lawyer but I must say he turned out to be better than I thought.
