I was arrested for my second DUI in 10 years, blew a .19 and felt that my life was over. I was depressed and I felt hopeless. I met with Michael through a referral from a friend and he made me feel better from the first meeting. He had a daunting task and always made me feel like there was an option.... We were now a year and ½ from the original charge and trial was set but the prosecutor knew there was no case and we agreed to a reckless and 3 months loss of license. No interlock, no 2nd DUI on my record, fines only totaling $256. It was an awesome outcome! Throughout the whole year and a ½ there were many court appearances and motions that were confusing to me, Michael explained everything and set all my expectations at each appearance. Each move he made was calculated and Michael wouldn’t have filed any motion if it wasn’t in my best interest. This lawyer is the one you want on your side.
